Bogel Boys are fictional brothers who grew up loving bagels and whose last names are Bagol. At this point, it just made sense to open up their own bagel shop; thus the name Bagol Boys was born.
The menu is inspired by their favorite random after school snacks that made sense to them growing up. These meals were more than just "meals" to the Bagol brothers, these meals created a stronger, more wholesome bond through their experimentations, errors, and just having fun.
